HASTINGS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF HASTINGS, MN NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Hastings Economic Development and Redevelopment Authority (HEDRA) will hold a public hearing to approve the sale of property to NJS Development L. L. C., a South Dakota limited liability company, for redevelopment purposes. The parcels proposed to be sold are generally located west of Bailey Street, between 3rd Street and 4th Street in Hastings, MN and identified as PIDs: 19-32150-17-021, 19-32150-17-020, and 19-3215017-080, WHEN: Meeting on Thursday, September 9 at 6:00 p.m. WHERE: Hastings City Hall, City Council Chambers – 101 East 4th Street, Hastings Members of the public may see the terms and conditions of the sale at HEDRA’s office located at 101 East 4th Street, Hastings. The scheduled hearing is for the purpose of determining whether the sale of the above-described property is advisable. Persons who desire to be heard with reference to the proposed sale will be given the opportunity to be heard at this Public Hearing.
