The girls golf team had the week off in preparation for the Section tournament. The 3AAA Section tournament will be held at Bunker Hills Golf Club in Coon Rapids on June Fourth and Seventh. Their section features Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, East Ridge, Eastview, Henry Sibley, Park of Cottage Grove, Rosemount, Simley and Woodbury.
The boys played a warmup match at The Jewel in Lake City against Farmington. Things were going well for the boys until mother nature decided to end the day early for them. Sections begin June 1 and continue June 2. Hastings will go against 12 other teams in Section 1AAA: Albert Lea, Austin, Faribault, Farmington, Lakeville North and South, Northfield, Owatonna, Rochester Century, Rochester John Marshall, Rochester Mayo.
