Early Voting Extra Hours Begin This Saturday, Oct. 26

Early voting for the Nov. 5 general election is open with extra hours is underway.
After completing an absentee application, voters can cast their ballot and feed it directly into a ballot counter at Hastings City Hall, the Dakota County Administration Center or county service centers.
Early voting (or direct balloting), is available at the above locations during the following dates and times:
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; extended hours for select dates noted below.
Saturday, Oct. 26, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 29, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 2, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 3, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Monday, Nov. 4, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Hastings City Hall, 101 E. 4th St., has ballots for precincts within Hastings (Dakota County) only. The Dakota County Administrative Center, 1590 Highway 55, and county service centers have ballots for any precinct in the county. Absentee ballots must arrive by Election Day, Nov. 5.
Election Day voting will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Find your polling place at pollfinder.sos.mn.gov. Vote at your designated polling location:
Ward 1 Precinct 1 Hastings City Hall - 101 4th Street East
Ward 1 Precinct 2 Hope Lutheran Church - 16898 Michael Avenue
Ward 2 Precinct 2 St. John's Lutheran Church - 202 8th Street West
Ward 2 Precinct 3 Our Saviour's Lutheran Church - 400 9th Street West
Ward 3 Precinct 1 Calvary Christian Church - 907 15th Street West
Ward 3 Precinct 2 United Methodist Church - 615 15th Street West
Ward 4 Precinct 1 St. Philip's Lutheran Church - 1401 15th Street West
Ward 4 Precinct 2 Crossroads Church - 225 33rd Street West
Note: Residents of Ward 2, Precinct 1 in Washington County must vote by mail or drop off at the Washington County Government Center.
