interest or lien in the real property described in the Complaint herein
Defendants.
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
YOU are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the Office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court within twenty (20) days after service of the first day of publication. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated in the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:
Lot Seventy-Seven (77), Block One (1), Greenleaf Eleventh Addition, Dakota County, Minnesota.
The object of this action is to obtain a judgment that the Plaintiffs is the owner in fee of the above-described real property, and that Defendants do not have the estate or interest indicated in the tract index.
