The City of Hastings Parks and Recreation Department and Hastings Community Education will host a Halloween Party on Friday, October 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hastings High School. The event will include: • Activity stations & giveaways from local businesses and organizations • Costume Contests for Best Group, Best Pair, and Best Individual Costumes – winners receive a $20 gift card to Green Mill Donations of non-perishable food items for Hastings Family Service or cash/check donations to Youth Impact Council Scholarship will be accepted in lieu of an attendance fee. The event is recommended for families with youth 12 and under.
The event will be held outdoors in the lower level parking lot of the Hastings High School, 200 General Sieben Drive.
• IF rain is forecasted the event will be changed to a drive by event where candy will be handed out.
