SPECIAL USE PERMIT – CANNABIS RETAILER

Notice is hereby given that the Hastings Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 19, 2024 beginning at 7:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of Hastings City Hall located at 101 East 4th Street to review an application for a Special Use Permit by Norma Pacheco (Ace Liquor) to operate a cannabis retail facility on property owned by Ein Karem Properties LLC. The property is located at 1355 South Frontage Rd (PIN 19-83002-02-011) and legally described as Lot 1, Block 2, WESTVIEW SHOPPING CENTER 2ND ADDITION, Dakota County, Minnesota.
