Notice is hereby given that the Hastings City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 19, 2024 beginning at 7:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of Hastings City Hall located at 101 East 4th Street to review an application for a Special Use Permit by Hastings Tobacco 1, Inc. to operate a cannabis retail facility on property owned by Hastings Marketplace Station LLC. The property is located at 1769 Market Blvd (PIN 19-83002-02-011) and legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, HASTINGS MARKETPLACE WEST, Dakota County, Minnesota.
