CITY OF HASTINGS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RESCINDING EMERGENCY ORDINANCE 2020-07 REGARDING WAIVING LATE FEES IMPOSED FOR CITY UTILITIES Notice is hereby given that the Hastings City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 19, 2021 beginning at 7:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers at Hastings City Hall, 101 East 4th Street to review a proposed ordinance amendment rescinding Emergency Ordinance 2020-07 regarding the waiving of late fees imposed for City utilities during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The proposed ordinance may be found on the City’s website at www.hastingsmn.gov The public is encouraged to provide comments prior to the meeting via email at [email protected] or by telephone (651) 480-2350.
