CITY OF HASTINGS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AMEND CITY CODE CHAPTERS 91 & 155 TO ALLOW CHICKENS IN SOME RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS
Notice is hereby given that the Hastings City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 19, 2021 beginning at 7:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers at Hastings City Hall, 101 East 4th Street to review an amendment to City Code Chapters 91 and 155 pertaining to the following: A proposed ordinance amendment to allow Chickens as pets in single-family residential districts and related code reorganization is being introduced for review. The proposed ordinance may be found on the City’s website in the City Council packet at www.hastingsmn.gov The public is encouraged to provide comments prior to the meeting via email at [email protected] or by telephone (651) 480-2381.
