A Burnsville man was killed, and two other people were injured in a two vehicle accident south of Hastings in Marshan Township Wednesday.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol accident report, Ramazan Ali Rahmani, 38, died after his eastbound Hyundai Elantra crossed Hwy. 61 from 190th Street and collided with a southbound Chevy Silverado.
A passenger in Rahmani’s vehicle, Mahdi Rahmani, 29, was transported to Regions Hospital with life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Silverado, Theresa Yvonne Fredin, 42, Cannon Falls, was transported to Regions Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Road conditions were dry at the time of the accident, according to the report.
The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office, Hastings Police Department and Hastings Fire Department assisted at the scene.
