A Special Meeting of the School Board of Independent School District No. 200, Hastings, Minnesota, was held on Monday, May 13th, 2024, at the Hastings ISD 200 District Office in Conference Room A.
The meeting was called to order at 7:01 PM.
The following board members were present: Matt Bruns, Jenny Wiederholt-Pine, Philip Biermaier, Melissa Millner, Mark Zuzek, Jessica Dressely, and Carrie Tate. Others in attendance were: Superintendent Champa, Jen Seubert, Cathy Moen.
The item before the board is to move to a closed session for Negotiation Parameters - Pursuant to Minn Stat. 13D.03.
A motion to move to a closed session was made by Jessica Dressely and seconded by Mark Zuzek. Those voting in favor: Matt Bruns, Jenny Wiederholt-Pine, Jessica Dressely, Philip Biermaier, Melissa Millner, Mark Zuzek, and Carrie Tate. Motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was closed at 7:03 PM.
Meeting Closed
A motion to move to an open session was made by Jessica Dressely and seconded by Philip Biermaier. Those voting in favor: Matt Bruns, Jenny Wiederholt-Pine, Philip Biermaier, Melissa Millner, Mark Zuzek, Jessica Dressely, and Carrie Tate. Motion carried unanimously.
With no further business Jenny Wiederholt-Pine made a motion to adjourn the meeting,
seconded by Jessica Dressely. The vote was: 7 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 8:21 PM.
