Directors Biermaier, Bruns, Dressely, Mikel-Mulder, Millner, Tate and Zuzek were present. Superintendent Champa was also present.

Action items approved: agenda; Property & Liability, Workers Comp; Community Education Census Certification Resolution; FY2027 LTFM Ten-Year Revenue Projection; Special Election 2025 Resolution for Candidate Filing Dates; 2025-2027 Strategic Plan; IoWA Designation Resolution; Food Service MOU; and Educational Support Professionals (ESP) MOU.
All motions were carried unanimously.
