Arthur Duane Nordstrom , age 89, of Hastings, MN, died Feb.22, 2025. Art is the son of Oscar and Alma Nordstrom and the loving, devoted husband of Lois Nordstrom. He is survived by his daughter Deb Schumacher, son-in-law Jim Schumacher, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his brother Mel, wife Lois and grandson Joshua. Art worked as an art teacher at Hastings Sr and Jr high schools. He specialized in pottery, painting and pen and ink drawings. Art also loved camping, boating, fishing, and just being with friends and family. He will be greatly missed.
Services will be held at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Hastings on Saturday, March 1, 2025 with visitation beginning at 12 p.m., memorial service at 1 p.m., followed by dessert and refreshments
