HASTINGS LAKE REBECCA PARK IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE CITY OF HASTINGS
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
The Hastings Parks and Recreation Dept. is soliciting bids for the Lake Rebecca Park improvements project in Hastings, MN. The project will consist of removals of existing pavements and features, repaving existing concrete walks and bituminous trails to lake features, repaving of parking lots, parking stall pavement striping and ADA signage, fishing dock improvements, landscape stone placement, native landscape, and shoreline restoration. Contractors are highly encouraged to attend a NON-MANDATORY pre-bid meeting at the boat launch at Lake Rebecca Park at 1338 Lock and Dam Rd, Hastings, MN,
at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025. Bids will be received ONLY through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid™ online bid service until 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 6, 2025, after which such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via video conference. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Hastings shall comply with the provisions of the statute.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
Funding for this project was provided by the Minnesota Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund as recommended by the Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR).
This is a prevailing wage project.
