Mixed Municipal Waste, Recycling, Organics Collection, and Resource Management Services

Dakota County will receive two (2) single electronic proposals for Mixed Municipal Waste, Recycling, Organics Collection, and Resource Management Services until 4:30 p.m. local time on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. All proposals are to be sent electronically via email to jerry.berge@co.dakota.mn.us
One (1) single electronic proposal will be received for each of two (2) zones for Mixed Municipal Waste, Recycling, Organics Collection, and Resource Management Services at Dakota County facilities. The Proposals are for Dakota County facilities that have been divided geographically into two zones – North, and South.
The term for these Mixed Municipal Waste, Recycling, Organics Collection, and Resource Management Services contracts is for three (3) years beginning April 1st 2026, and ending March 31st 2029.
Proposal documents including the proposal forms and specifications can be obtained from the Dakota County Website after December 29th, 2025.

Proposals must be submitted only on the proposal form supplied in the Proposal Document and sent electronically.
Proposals may not be withdrawn within One Hundred Twenty (120) days after the due date.
