Housekeeping Services
Dakota County, Minnesota
Dakota County will receive Three (3) single prime sealed bids for Housekeeping Services until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at the office of Facilities Management, Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota, 55033.
One (1) single prime sealed bid will be received for each of three (3) Areas for housekeeping services at Dakota County facilities. The areas are 1) Dakota County Law Enforcement Center and Juvenile Services Center. 2) Dakota County Administration Center, Judicial Center, and Transportation Facility. 3) Dakota County Pleasant Hill Library.
The initial term for these housekeeping services contracts is for nine (9) months beginning April 1st, 2024, and ending December 31st 2024. Each contract will have one (1) additional renewal option for 2025.
A pre-bid meeting, and facility tour will be held for the Eastern Region: At 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 1st, 2024, in Conference Room 1A at the Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings, MN 55033. Representatives of the Owner will be present at the meeting. Tours of all facilities in the East Region will follow the initial meeting. No other tour times will be available.
Bidding documents including the bid form and specifications can be obtained from the Dakota County Website after January 26th, 2024.

Bids must be submitted only on the bid form supplied in the Bid Document. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered.
Bids may not be withdrawn within One Hundred Twenty (120) days after the opening bids.
