5:05 p.m. Officers responded to 160th and 31st St. E. regarding a motor vehicle vs bicycle accident. Lisa Marie Eschenbach, age 27 of Hastings, was the automobile driver. March 27

8:32 p.m. Officers investigated a single vehicle hit and run crash that occurred near the intersection of County Road 46 and Highway 61. The Driver of the vehicle, Jamie Kells, age

38 of Red Wing was cited for MN statute #169.05(5) – Collision – Failure to notify owner of damaged property.

March 29

10:20 a.m. Officer was dispatched to the intersection of

18th St. W. and Pine St. on the report of a property damage accident. Taylor Allen Elliot, Age 22 of Greenfield MN, was cited for Failure to yield right of way.

2:42 p.m. Officers responded to the 1400 block of Vermillion to document a vehicle accident. The driver of a small, four door vehicle, struck a building. The driver, Nae Kue, age

21 of St. Paul was found to be driving with an instructor’s permit. He was cited and released for driving without a valid DL 171.02.1. No Injuries Reported April 1

12:03 a.m. Officers were dispatched to Vermillion St. and

9th St. for a one vehicle property damage accident. Tino Chong Lee, age 34 of St. Paul, was cited for driving after revocation.

12:28 p.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of a business located on the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. regarding a two-vehicle accident that caused minor property damage. A police report was made for documentation purposes. No citations were issued.

April 3

10:10 a.m. Officers responded to a vehicle accident in the

1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. with the officer’s help, both parties were able to exchange information and reporters were completed.

6:42 p.m. Officers responded to the 2100 block of Vermillion St. for a hit and run. After investigating, officers located the unknown driver and both owners’ information was exchanged.
