After responding to an accident at the intersection of Nininger Rd. and Pleasant Dr., Derek T. Edwards, 24 of Rosemount was arrested for DWI. 12:36 p.m.
Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of 10th St. and Vermillion St.

1:16 a.m.
Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwy. 316 and 31st St. E. After investigating, Daniel J. Lusian, 39 of Hastings, was arrested for DWI and a stop sign violation and booked into the Dakota County Jail.
November 11
11:29 p.m.
Officers responded to a vehicle vs. parked car accident on the 600 block of Pine St. After investigating, Daniel P. Yost, 37 of Hastings was arrested for DWI, engaging in a phone call with a wireless communication device and carrying a pistol while under the influence of alcohol.
November 13
12:16 a.m.
Officers responded to a damage to property call in the 3400 block of Vermillion St. After investigating, Clayton D. Zenner, 26 of Hastings was arrested for DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
