The Miss Hastings Scholarship Program is grateful to the people of the Hastings Public Schools area and the many business, non-profit, and civic organizations within it. We’ve provided several opportunities for young women to connect their education with their professional goals and grow personally. We also chose our third titleholder a few weeks ago despite the many challenges of recent months. The generosity of our thoughtful sponsors and friends helped us achieve these goals.

Our supporters see our efforts and the fruits of our labor with the potential for more. It inspires us to serve our area and share what we have to offer. As the Miss America motto puts it, “We prepare young women for the world and prepare the world for young women.” Therefore, our eyes are on providing scholarships for young women, and our heart is for the mutually-beneficial experience of community service. For this privilege and the many blessings given to us, we offer our most heartfelt thanks.
