Hastings Assistant City Administrator Kelly Murtaugh administers the Oath of Office to incoming Ward 4 City Councilmember Timothy Lawrence at the start of the Hastings City Council meeting Monday night. Lawrence was selected from seven applicants by the city council after interviews to fill the seat vacated by Trevor Lund, who resigned in July.
