U18 Girls White
The U18 girls have qualified for the Final Four again this summer and are chasing a three-peat as state champions after winning in 2023 and 2024. Their standout performance has come from the defense and goalkeeping. Despite a thinned-out roster due to injuries and multi-sport commitments, they surrendered the second-fewest goals in the league. Katlin Wood and Kayleigh Geisen held down the center back line, while Addison Lanning excelled in goal. They finished fourth in league play with a 4-3-3 record. A favorite moment of the season was when the team paused practice to cheer on the U10 girls at Veterans Park, proof of the club spirit and leadership these players carry.

The U18 boys (playing in a U19 bracket) finished the season with a record of 4-3-3, putting them in second place in their division. While they don’t have official captains, the leadership of eight graduating seniors: Brandon White, Geovanni Bustamante, Jacob Reuter, Jayvid Meier, Logan Heinlein, Peter Clark, Thomas Coyle, and Xavier Beal has shaped this team. With players from tenth through twelfth grade, this group now looks forward to its fourth appearance in the USA Cup to round out the summer.

U17 Boys White
The U17 boys had a strong season, quickly adapting to a new system and formation. Their eagerness to seek feedback and improvement has been impressive. Despite tough competition and a few hard-fought losses, back-to-back emphatic wins helped them lock in the number three seed for the Final Four. This is a special group, and the coaches are hopeful they’ll return next season for more.

U15 Boys White
This season, the U15 boys really showed up and showed out. You could feel the energy shift—the team grew tighter, the passes got sharper, and the goals? Way more satisfying. Shoutout to captains Cale and Michael for leading with heart, grit, and just the right amount of chaos when it counted. Whether it was a clutch tackle, a cheeky assist, or solid vibes at practice, everyone played a part. They learned how to stay locked in, push each other, and have fun doing it. If this season was the warm-up, the next one’s going to be electric.

U14 Boys White
The U14 boys are a tight-knit group, most of whom have played together for three to four years. This season, they reached the Final Four for the first time ever. Their overall record stands at 12-2-2. In league play, they went 8-0-2, finishing with the best record out of twenty-one teams in their bracket. This season marks their most successful yet, thanks to offseason dedication and effort. They are coached by Darrin Harder and assisted by Kyle Kreuser. Captains are Pierre Bekker, Caison Harder, and Ryler Sell. A mix of incoming eighth and ninth graders, the majority are Hastings kids. Three words to describe this team: hard-working, coachable, and encouraging.

U13 Girls White
The U13 girls are an extremely fun group that has played together for several seasons. They are a tight group of friends who genuinely enjoy playing together. This summer, they chose to play up an age level and move to a full-sized field, even though most of them are younger. They’ve excelled, with a current record of 15-1. They won the Hudson Rivertown Classic and placed second at the BVU Cup. In league play, they went a perfect 10-0, allowing only four goals across ten games thanks to solid defense and outstanding goalkeeping. Coached by Kyle Kreuser and assisted by Adam Linbo, they head into the Final Four with momentum, having already won the fall championship at the U12 level. They’ll also compete in the USA Cup in the next two weeks. Big things ahead for this group.

U12G
This is the second season coaching these girls, and it has been something quite special. Like many teams, this season started off with a few new players, and they have all come together and bonded as a strong set of friends and teammates. These girls won their first tournament at the Future Stars in a spectacular overtime fashion, giving their moms some extra shine on Mother’s Day. One of the most rewarding aspects this year has been rotating every player through each field position in the three-two-three formation. They all played at least half a game at each position, and most have played a full game in every spot. Hearing some of these girls say they “can’t play XYZ position” and then watching them thrive in it and build confidence has been a highlight. This is the team’s first Final Four appearance, and they are looking forward to testing their growth and proving their grit. Their success comes from a strong team mindset and contagious energy that’s fueled by their parents’ constant encouragement and dedication. Coached by Adam J. Van Slyke and Tara Miller, and managed by Becky Perez.
