Local Students Named to Dean's List at Bethel University

ST. PAUL, Minn. Local students have been named to the Bethel University Dean's List for academic excellence for the spring 2022 semester.

The Dean's List honors students who achieve an outstanding scholastic record during a semester with a grade point average of 3.6 or greater.

Bethel University is a leader in Christcentered higher education with nearly 4,500 students from 47 states and 22 countries enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, seminary, and adult undergraduate programs. Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, Bethel offers bachelor's and advanced degrees in more than 100 fields through classroombased and online programs.

PAUL, Minn.The following students have been named to the 2022 spring semester Dean's List at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, the university announced today.

To qualify for the Dean's List, a student must complete 12 or more lettergraded credits while attaining a 3.66 grade point average.

Myers graduates from UWMadison MADISON, Wis. (August 2, 2022) Griffin Myers of Hastings was one of about 7,700 students received degrees from the University of WisconsinMadison on May 13 and 14, including students from your area.

There were two live ceremonies: one at the Kohl Center on May 13 for doctoral, MFA and medical students; and one at Camp Randall on May 14 for undergraduate, law and master's students.

The commencement speaker was U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Linda ThomasGreenfield, who encouraged students to take risks.

'If you stay comfortable if you stay in your comfort zone, sticking to what you know then you are making a bet,' she said. 'You are betting that your life, and the world, will stay the same. And let me tell you, you will lose that bet every time.'

Myers graduated from the School of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration: Marketing and Business Supply Chain Management.
