Authorization To Submit Minnesota Department Of Health Safe Drinking Water For Private Well Users Grant Application. To Enter Into Agreement With Navitus, Dakota County’s Pharmaceutical Vendor, That Will Allow Submission Of Claim On Dakota County’s behalf In Class Action Lawsuit Involving Suboxone Drug. To Purchase Wireless Infrastructure For Dakota County Buildings And Parks. To Execute Joint Powers Agreement With City Of Mendota Heights And City Of West St. Paul For Delaware Avenue Trail Gap And School Safety, County Project 63-32. To Enter Into Joint Powers Agreement With Lakeville For Roundabout Intersection Improvement At County State Aid Highway 50 And Hamburg Avenue In Lakeville, County Project 50-37. To Execute Joint Powers Agreement With City Of Inver Grove Heights For Construction Of County State Aid Highway 32, County Project 32-65. To Execute Joint Powers Agreement With City Of West St. Paul For Preliminary Engineering Of Multi-Use Trail Along County State Aid Highway 8, County Project 08-035. To Execute Three-Party Agreement With Union Pacific Railroad Company And Progressive Rail Incorporated For Improved At-Grade Railroad Crossing And Installation Of Warning Devices On County State Aid Highway 88 In Randolph Township, County Project 88-24. To Execute Encroachment Agreement With Metropolitan Council For North Creek Greenway Lakeville-Farmington, County Parks Project P00146. To Allow City Of West St. Paul Authority To Demolish And Remove Dwelling And All Remaining Materials On A Tax Forfeited Parcel, 1331 Calumet And Tax Forfeited Parcel, 1370 Allen. To Accept Grant Funds From Rebuilding American Infrastructure With Sustainability And Equity Program Grant And Infrastructure And Investment Jobs Act Matching Funds Grant For Completing Mississippi River Greenway Projects. Appointment To Opioid Response Advisory Committee, To Dakota-Scott Workforce Development Board and Special Board Of Appeals And Equalization. Scheduling Of County Board Work Session With Dakota County Planning Commission To Provide Direction On 2024 Work Plan. Schedule County Canvassing Board Meetings For 2024 Presidential Nomination Primary And State Primary And Select Two Commissioners To Serve On Each Canvassing Board. Information Only:
