NOTICE AND ORDER FOR HEARING
In re: Estate of
Sharron C. Bernhagen
TO ALL INTERSTED PERSONS:
It is ORDERED and NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Petition for Formal Probate of will and Formal Appointment of Personal Representative has been filed by Jill Ann Bernhagen Roberts with respect to the Estate of Sharron C. Bernhagen on June 16, 2025. The Petition request an order for the following relief:
1. Finding that the Decedent is dead.
2. Finding that venue is proper.
3. Finding that the proceeding was started within the time limitation required by
Minnesota law
4. Determining Decedent’s domicile at death.
5. Determining Decedent’s heirs.
6. Determining Decedent’s testacy status.
7. Determining the will is valid and unrevoked and should be probated.
8. Determining that Jill Ann Bernhagen Roberts is entitled to appointment as Personal Representative and should be appointed.
9. Appointing Jill Ann Bernhagen Roberts as Personal Representative, with no bond, in an unsupervised administration.
10. Issuing Letters Testamentary upon qualification and acceptance; and
11. Granting such other relief as may be proper.
IT IS ORDERED, and notice is hereby given that on August 7, 2025 at 10:30 am, the Petition will be heard by the above-named Court. * Dakota County District Court, hearing to be held via ZOOM
IT IS ALSO ORDERED that any objections to the Petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with Court prior to the hearing. If the Petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the Petition may be granted. * If you wish to appear, ZOOM information is available upon request.
IT IS ALSO ORDERED that notice shall be given to all interested persons or the person’s attorney if the person has appeared by attorney or requested that notice be sent to the attorney. Notice shall be given (1) by mailing a copy of this order at least 14 days before the time set for the hearing by certified, registered or ordinary first class mail addressed to the person being notified at the post office address given in the demand for notice, if any, or at the demander’s office or place of residence, if known; (2) by delivering a copy thereof to the person being notified personally at least 14 days before the time set for the hearing; or (3) if the address, or identity or any person is not known and cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, by publishing once a week for two consecutive weeks, a copy thereof in a legal newspaper in the county where the hearing is to be held, the last publication of which is to be at least 10 days before the time set for the hearing. Proof of the giving of notice shall be made on or before the hearing and filed in the proceeding.
