FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO REDRESS BREACH OF
TRUST
IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Petition for Redress of Breach of Trust (“Petition”) was filed by Petitioner Minnesota Department of Human Services in this matter on February 12, 2024, and a hearing on the Petition will be held as set forth below.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. A hearing on the Petition be held using remote Zoom technology on April 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., at Dakota County District Court, Judicial Center, 1560 Highway 55, Hastings, MN 55033, with login details to be provided by the Court prior to the hearing. Interested parties who are unable to obtain the login details on their own may contact court administration at (651) 377-7180. The hearing will be a case management hearing.
2. Any objections to the Petition shall be filed prior to the hearing. Failure of trustee Dakota Conservators, Inc. to attend the April 1 hearing may result in the Petition being granted without further hearing.
3. Petitioner shall give notice of the hearing as required by Minnesota Statutes section 501C.0203, as applicable, which requires, in part, publication of this Notice and Order one time at least 20 days prior to the hearing in a legal newspaper in Dakota County.
