A Petition for Formal Adjudication of Intestacy, Determination of Heirs, for the appointment of Amy L. Olson,
whose address is 4225 182nd Street E, Prior Lake, Minnesota, 55372 as Personal Representative of the Estate of
the Decedent, and motion for order under Minnesota Statutes 524.2-803 in an UNSUPERVISED administration
has been filed with this Court. If no objections are filed, and if the relief requested is appropriate and supported,
the requested relief may be granted. Any objections to the Petition must be mailed, email, faxed, or filed in the
electronic filing system, together with the court filing fee, prior to July 24, 2025.
IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that any objections to the Petition must be made by U.S. Mail,
fax, e-mail, or eFiling by July 24, 2025. Objections by U.S. Mail can be sent to Scott County Court
Administration, 200 West Fourth Avenue, Shakopee, MN 55379. Objections by fax can be sent to 952-496-8211.
Objections by e-mail can be sent to scott.fax@courts.state.mn.us. If proper, and no objections are filed or made,
the Petition may be granted. If objections are filed or made, or the Respondent’s attorney requests for any reason,
the hearing will be rescheduled.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against
the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within
four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
