May 9 10:02 a.m.

Officers responded to an after the fact theft call involving the theft of an air conditioner for a commercial building. Sometime over the previous two weeks, someone stole a commercial grade air conditioner unit from the 2100 block of Vermillion St. There were no known suspects at the time.

6:12 p.m.

Officers responded to the 1300 block of 12th St. W. for a damage to property incident. There were no suspects at the time.

May 10 1:16 p.m.

Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of 10th St. and Sibley St.

1:42 p.m.

Officers were advised of an abandoned bicycle on the southern side of the Hastings Police Department. The bike was placed in the evidence room.

10:54 p.m.

Officers responded to a suspicion call near the 12000 block of Point Douglas Rd. After investigation, Bradley V. Scheid, 33 of Hastings will be charged with felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle.

May 11 10:00 a.m.

Officers took a report of fraud in the 1400 block of Brittany Rd.

1:00 p.m.

An officer took an informational report of a suspicious person in the 1600 block of Brittany Rd.

May 12 12:52 a.m.

Officers handled a parking violation in the 1300 block of 12th St. W.

1:57 a.m.

Officers stopped out with a suspicious vehicle near the intersection of 6th St. E. and Tyler St. After investigation, Elizabeth Orner, 56 of Hastings was arrested for a felony probation violation warrant for 5th Degree Drug Possession out of Dakota County.

5:30 p.m.

Officers responded to the 100 block of 3rd St. E. on a warrant call. Isaiah H. Coffey, 24 of Austin, MN was arrested for a felony Department of Corrections warrant.

6:07 p.m.

A hitandrun accident report was received from the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd.

9:15 p.m.

An officer investigated a theft from the 2100 block of Vermillion St. The incident is still under investigation.

May 13 9:49 a.m.

A vehicle was observed in a city lot with expired registration displayed. Stephanie Phillips, 34 of Hastings was cited for the offense.

10:28 a.m.

A vehicle was observed parked in the 900 block of Ramsey St. An officer observed a vehicle parked on the roadway with expired registration displayed. Brittany JohnsonMullen, 24 of Hastings was issued a citation for the violation.

3:00 p.m.

While on patrol, a vehicle was observed parked on a city street in the 2100 block of Forest St. with expired registration displayed. Jeffrey Hollan, 61 of Hastings was cited for the violation.

7:00 p.m.

A report was taken of found property in the area of Sibley St. and 4th St. E.

May 14 10:21 a.m.

An officer was dispatched to the intersection of Ravenna Trail and Glendale Rd. for a twovehicle crash. Gary G. Hauschildt, 40 of Welch was issued a citation for driver involved in crash fails to stop.

3:30 p.m.

Officers assisted the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office with an accident involving injuries in the 10000 block of 160th St. E.

6:34 p.m.

Officers responded to the 200 block of 21st St. to speak with an individual about the theft of two bicycles. The individual had left two bikes unattended and upon their return both had been taken. There were no current suspects in the incident at the time. The total loss was estimated to be $600.

May 15 7:35 a.m.

Officers responded to a burglary report in the 500 block of 35th St. W. The case is under investigation.

10:19 a.m.

Officers responded to a damage to property report in the 2100 block of Vermillion St. The case is under investigation.

Officers responded to a theft report in the 2100 block of Vermillion St. The case is under investigation.

11:32 a.m.

An officer on patrol in the 600 block of 3rd St. W. observed a parked vehicle with expired registration displayed. Teri Boumeester, 49 of Woodbury was issued a citation for the offense.

1:31 p.m.

An officer responded to General Sieben Dr. and 4th St. W. regarding a vehicle that had struck a street sign. The incident was documented.

Officers took a hitandrun accident report from the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd.

May 14 10:23 a.m.

A twovehicle accident was reported at the intersection of Progress Dr. and Ravenna Trail.

3:53 p.m.

Officers assisted the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office with an accident involving injuries in the 10000 block of 160th St. E.

May 15 1:56 p.m.

Officers responded to the intersection of General Sieben Dr. and 4th St. W. regarding a vehicle that had struck a street sign. The incident was documented.
