The City of Hastings is going to work to quiet down the train horns disrupting the neighborhoods around the Ardent Mills Hastings Mill.
Several neighbors used the public comment portion of the Hastings City Council meeting on Monday, Aug. 15 to voice concerns over long, loud horn blasts from trains traveling from downtown to Ardent Mills at all hours of the day and night.
