They seemed less shaken than the driver who was still on the scene. Before the scene was cleared by Hastings PD, there was already a handyman on site to cover the damaged portions of the building.
The driver was allegedly driving without insurance and without a license per a witness to the initial interaction with officers. No damage estimates were available yet as insurance had not been able to assess the building.
