Treasure Island Resort & Casino has added a major country music name to its Labor Day weekend plans, with Jason Aldean set to headline the Treasure Island Amphitheater on Friday, Sept. 4.
The show completes Treasure Island’s 2026 Summer Concert Series lineup and gives the outdoor amphitheater back-to-back headline nights over the holiday weekend. Aldean will perform Friday, Sept. 4, followed by Snoop Dogg on Saturday, Sept. 5.
Tickets for Aldean’s show went on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, July 3. Reserved seats start at $79, with Michelob ULTRA Zone tickets available for $209.
Aldean has been one of country music’s most recognizable artists for more than two decades, breaking through with his self-titled debut album in 2005. That same year, the Georgia native won the Academy of Country Music Award for Top New Male Vocalist, helping launch a career that has since included multiplatinum albums, major radio success and a long list of industry awards.
Since that debut, Aldean has landed 45 songs on the Billboard Hot 100, including one No. 1 hit. He has also earned five Grammy Award nominations, 13 Academy of Country Music Awards, three iHeartRadio Music Awards, two Country Music Association Awards, two CMT Music Awards and two American Music Awards.
Fans heading to Welch can expect a setlist that draws from a long run of country hits, including “Dirt Road Anthem,” “Take A Little Ride” and “Burnin’ It Down.” Aldean also has a recent history with the venue, having played in front of a sold-out crowd at Treasure Island in August 2023.
His return gives Treasure Island another large amphitheater show during one of the final major weekends of the summer season. The announcement also fills out a wide-ranging entertainment schedule that mixes country, rock, comedy, blues, hip hop and special events.
The 2026 lineup includes Yachtley Crew at the Island Block Party on July 3, Katt Williams on July 18, Dustin Lynch on July 24, Gabriel Iglesias for two shows on July 31, Joe Bonamassa and Gov’t Mule on Aug. 15, Shinedown with Coheed and Cambria on Aug. 21, Aldean on Sept. 4 and Snoop Dogg on Sept. 5. The Power Trip’s 25th Birthday Bash, a free event, is also scheduled for Nov. 5 at the Island Event Center.
Treasure Island Resort & Casino is owned and operated by the Prairie Island Indian Community. Located along the Mississippi River in Welch, the property includes casino gaming, hotel towers, restaurants, entertainment venues and several recreation amenities.
The property features more than 1,700 slot, video poker and video keno machines, 44 table games, a poker room and a 500-seat high-stakes bingo hall. Treasure Island also includes a 788-room hotel, making it the second largest hotel in Minnesota, along with The Lagoon indoor water park, Wave Spa, Island Xtreme Bowl, Cyber Quest arcade, Kids Quest childcare and several restaurants, including Tado Steakhouse.
For outdoor entertainment, the Treasure Island Amphitheater can hold up to 16,000 people. The resort also has a 2,800-seat indoor event and convention center, a 135-slip marina, a 95-site RV park and a 100-passenger yacht.
Treasure Island and the Prairie Island Indian Community have also been active in regional giving. Since 1984, they have contributed nearly $30 million to hundreds of nonprofit and civic organizations throughout the region. In 2025, those charitable efforts were organized into a corporate social responsibility platform called Island Impact.
With Aldean now added to the calendar, Treasure Island’s summer concert schedule has one more major draw for country music fans, and one more reason for visitors to make Labor Day weekend a two-night stop at The Island.
