November 28 10:03 a.m. – A damage to property report was taken in the 2500 block of Yellowstone Drive.
12:00 p.m. – A vehicle was towed for parking violations from the 200 block of Forest Street.
2:03 p.m. – A lost wallet was reported at or near the Walmart in the 1700 block of North Frontage Road. The reporting party requested video to be reviewed to determine if the wallet could be located. The video was reviewed, and the wallet was not observed.
3:17 p.m. – Cameron Matthew Sammet, 30, Hastings, was arrested for a Department of Corrections release violation warrant without incident in the 2100 block of Pine Street.
3:55 p.m. – Justin Edward Toenjes, 35, Hastings, was arrested for DWI after he was found passed out in a vehicle in the 200 block of 33rd Street West.
11:28 p.m. – An officer took a civil call from the 1600 block of South Frontage Road. The case is under investigation.
November 29 8:02 p.m. – A report of a stolen license plate from a vehicle theft by an unknown suspect(s) was taken in the 1100 block of Bahls Drive.
11:50 a.m. – Officers responded to the 1700 block of Frontage Road North for a report of shoplifting.
12:00 p.m. – The city of Hastings declared a snow emergency and a total of 33 citations were issued.
12:17 p.m. – Officers responded to a public assist call on the 1300 block of Featherstone Road.
12:31 p.m. – A domestic assault was reported in the 200 block of General Sieben Drive. The report is currently under investigation.
2:48 p.m. – Officers responded to the 1100 block of Tyler Street regarding a report of damage to property.
5:05 p.m. – A past action hit and run accident was reported in the 2400 block of Vermillion Street. The case is under investigation.
November 30 7:58 a.m. – Nicholas David Sisterman, 41, Bayport, was cited for failure to stop for traffic control device and no proof of current insurance, when officers responded to a motor vehicle crash with injuries at Vermillion Street and 10th Street.
8:37 a.m. – Officers responded to a medical in the 2400 block of Voyageur Parkway.
10:24 a.m. – An officer assisted Dakota County Social Services with an adult protection matter in the 1100 block of Bahls Drive. The incident was documented for information.
12:24 p.m. – Information about suspected criminal activity was reported by a citizen. The information was documented and referred to another agency.
4:49 p.m. – A hit and run accident in the 1300 block of South Frontage Road was reported. A gray Nissan Versa struck a vehicle and fled the scene.
7:13 p.m. – A report of damage to property was received in the 900 block of Tyler Street. There is no known suspect information at this time.
9:37 p.m. – Officers responded
to the 1100 block of Bahls Drive for a medical.
December 1 12:01 p.m. – An accident involving a vehicle and a building was reported in the 1200 block of Vermillion Street. No injuries reported and no citations issued.
2:18 p.m. – Officers mediated a dispute in the 100 block of 25th Street West.
4:16 p.m. – Officers investigated a missing person report in the 1000 block of 11th Street West, in which the person was located immediately after officers were notified. A missing person report was not filed.
December 2 10:32 a.m. – A two-person vehicle accident was reported just past the intersection of North Frontage Road and Westview Drive. No injuries reported and no citations issued.
3:07 p.m. – Seth Slipka, 21, River Falls, was cited for misdemeanor theft when officers responded to a report of shoplifting in the 800 block of General Sieben Drive.
6:41 p.m. – Officers mediated and documented a disturbance in the 50 block of Sibley Street.
6:55 p.m. – A possible order of protection violation is under investigation in the 1300 block of 3rd Street East.
8:51 p.m. – An officer was dispatched to an accident without injuries at the intersection of Pleasant Drive and Northridge Drive. No citations were issued.
11:39 p.m. – A vehicle on fire is under investigation in the 1300 block of 3rd Street East.
December 3
3:23 a.m. – A welfare check was mediated and documented at the 1100 block of Bahls Drive.
7:09 a.m. – A theft of a vehicle was reported in the 1700 block of Market Boulevard.
12:59 p.m. – A set of keys were found in the 200 block of 2nd Street and entered into evidence for safe keeping.
7:32 p.m. – Chad Emanuelson, 50, Hastings, was taken into custody for second degree driving while intoxicated, second degree test refusal, and obstruction with force when an officer initiated a traffic stop in the area of Vermillion Street near 33rd Street West.
December 4 1:05 a.m. – Brandon Hall, 33, Hastings, was taken into custody for a Dakota County warrant and Hennepin County warrant when an officer initiated a traffic stop in the area of 3rd Street East near Ramsey Street.
3:45 a.m. – Ambria Allison, Hastings, was issued a citation for city ordinance parking where signs prohibit in the 100 block of 2nd Street East.
2:55 p.m. – Nicholas John Campion, 38, Hastings, was arrested for Domestic Assault and booked in the Dakota County Jail when a report of a domestic disturbance was received in the 200 block of 4th Street East.
Accident Report December 1 12:03 p.m. – A single-vehicle accident involving a building was reported in the 1200 block of Vermillion Street. No injuries reported and no citations issued. Driver was Marlene Meier, 90, Hastings.
December 2 10:33 a.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported at Westview Drive just past the intersection with North Frontage Road. No injuries reported and no citations issued. Drivers were Caden Miller, 21, Hastings, and Rebecca Heiam, 28, Inver Grove Heights.
8:53 p.m. – Officers were dispatched to an accident without injuries at the intersection of Pleasant Drive and Northridge Drive. No citations were issued. Driver was Victoria Kulick Carlson, 40, Maplewood.
December 5 10:42 a.m. – An afterthe- fact two-vehicle accident was reported in the 600 block of Spiral Boulevard. No injuries reported and no citations issued. Drivers were Lisa Mahowald- Jensen, 58, Hastings, and Nathan Hilton, 18, Hastings.
11:33 p.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported in the parking lot of Kwik Trip located in the 1600 block of Vermillion Street. No injuries reported and no citations issued. Drivers were Emily Dziekciowski, 53, Hastings, and Kathryn Wiesner, 20, Montgomery.
December 6 9:09 p.m. – A non-injury crash was reported at Vermillion Street and 15th Street. Driver was Breonna Paananen, 22, Hastings.
December 7 11:46 a.m. – A two-vehicle crash involving a parked car was reported in the 1100 block of 14th Street West. No injuries and no citations were issued. Driver was Roxanne McCoy, 65, Hastings.
December 8 3:53 p.m. – An accident was reported at 10th Street and Vermillion Street. Jake Meier, 25, Welch, received a citation. Drivers were Spencer Krinke, 18, Cannon Falls, and James Wells, 48, Stillwater.
December 9 6:57 p.m. – A single-vehicle accident involving property damage was reported in the area of South Pointe Drive and Woodland Drive. An informational report was completed. Driver was Steve Cortez Roldan, 32 Edina.
