October 19th
7:22 a.m. Officers took a report of a damage to property that occurred in the 1000 block of 11th Street West. Approximately $300 was damaged. No suspects at this time.
1:10 p.m. Officers were called to the 1900 block of Ashland St. for a lost property report. Inactive.
6:11 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of Bailey St. for a medical.
7:53 p.m. Officers responded to the 100 block of 3rd St. E. for a theft report. After investigation there are no known suspects at this time.
October 20th
2:05 p.m. A Hastings Officer responded to 1404 Featherstone Dr. on a two-vehicle accident with no injuries. No citations issued.
4:35 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Greten for a missing person. Under investigation.
4:45 p.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Eddy St. and 19th St.
6:48 p.m. Officers responded to the 1400 block of Vermillion Street for a theft report. There are suspects in this case. The case is under investigation.
7:47 p.m. An officer responded to the 1100 block of Vermillion for a medical call.
10:01 p.m. Officers responded to the area of Ramsey Street ands 17th Street East for a power line in the roadway. Excel energy was advised of the powerline.
10:45 p.m. Hastings police took a damage to property report in the 2200 block of Cannon St. Under investigation.
10:48 p.m. Officer was dispatched to a single vehicle vs tree accident at 2032 Nininger Road. No injuries and no citations.
October 21st
3:17 a.m. Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop near the intersection of County Road 18 and Church Road. The vehicle fled and the pursuit was cancelled near Highway 61 and Spring Creek Road in Red Wing. Shortly after cancelling the vehicle crashed. Julian Sean Stevenson was arrested by Red Wing PD for multiple felony charges.
3:27 a.m. Hastings officers responded to a single vehicle accident at Ravenna Trail and 18th Street East.
8:08 a.m. Hastings officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of 13th St. W. on a after the fact damage to property report.
9:35 a.m. Officer took a theft report from Lightbourne Ct.
10:51 a.m. Hastings officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Frontage Rd. S. on a damage to property call.
1:03 p.m. Officer investigated a complaint about ordinance violations in the 1900 block of Walnut St. Eric John Nestrud, 34 of Hastings, was issued a citation for those violations.
2:03 p.m. Officers served civil papers in the 1600 block of Vermillion to a citizen. 7:43 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Glendale Road regarding a theft. This case is under investigation.
11:38 p.m. Officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of 10th and Vermillion St. Potter, John Clarence, 54 of St. Paul, was arrested for driving after canceled IPS.
11:46 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Eagle Bluff Court regarding a welfare check. Officers ensured everyone was safe. This case was generated for informational purposes.
October 22nd
2:52 a.m. Hastings officer responded to assist Dakota County deputies with a traffic stop near the intersection of 1oth St. E. and Progress Dr.
4:00 a.m. Officers responded to the municipal parking lot at 4th Street East and Sibley Street for a parking complaint. Corey Davis, 27 of Hastings, and Amanda Young, 31 of Hastings, were both cited for parking in a municipal parking lot for more than 24 hours.
10:21 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 2900 block of Riverwood Dr. regarding a suspicion. This case is under investigation.
October 23rd
5:06 a.m. Hastings police responded to a 911 hang-up in the 1900 block of Forest St. Upon investigation the incident was determined to be a felony no-contact order violation. The suspect was gone on arrival and the case will be sent to the county attorney for charging.
9:46 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of General Sieben Drive regarding a juvenile complaint. One juvenile was cited for possession of tobacco product on school property.
2:42 p.m. Officers were sent to the 100 block of Tyler Street for a damage to property report. Officers are investigating.
3:24 p.m. Officer took a found property report. An IPhone was located near the intersection of Spring Street and 3rd Street.
7:29 p.m. Officers responded to an animal complaint in the 2500 block of Voyageur Parkway. After investigation, one dog was transported to the humane society and the owner, Sandra Marie Isaac, age 41 of Hastings, was cited for city ordinances dog at large and failure to license a dog.
9:24 p.m. Officers responded to the 1900 block of Oak Street for a warrant check. Meza, Michael James, 37 of Hastings, was arrested for a felony probation violation warrant.
October 24th
4:51 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Westview Drive for a welfare check.
11:48 a.m. Officers investigated a past action theft from the 1500 block of Walnut St. An unknown suspect stole about $1,000 in property.
1:31 p.m. Officers took a missing person report in the 600 block of Greten Ct. The missing person arrived home later in the day.
9:30 p.m. Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at Glendale Road and Ravenna Trail. The driver Nicole Paul, 29 of South Saint Paul, was cited for driving after revocation.
10:13 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Pleasant Dr. and 15th St. for a motor vehicle accident.
10:40 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Vermillion Street. One juvenile was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of brass knuckles. One juvenile was charged with underage consumption. Regan John Gove, 18 of Star Prairie WI, was charged with possession of marijuana.
10:50 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of 4th Street East for a suspicion call. Officers mediated the situation.
October 25th
2:25 a.m. Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at Vermillion Street and 19th Street West. The driver, Tia Lee 31 of Maplewood, was cited for no proof of insurance.
9:15 a.m. Officers located multiple vehicles parked in the public parking in the 200 block of 4th Street with expired registration. James Bradley Dooley, 28 of Plymouth, and Corey Michael Davis, 27 of Hastings, and a business were each issued a citation for misdemeanor- expired registration and the respective citations were left on the parked vehicles.
9:55 a.m. Officers located a vehicle parked on the side of the road near Pleasant Drive and Jackson Drive with expired registration. Christine Camille Lindsay, 51 of Hastings, was issued a citation for misdemeanor- expired registration and the citation was left on the legally parked vehicle.
10:52 a.m. Officers were called to the area of Pleasant Drive and Featherstone Road for a fight. Paul John Denn, 49, was arrested by DCSO for fleeing and other charges.
4:31 p.m. Death investigation.
7:15 p.m. Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at Sibley Street and 4th Street E. the driver Ethan Hagen Tok, 18 of Hastings, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

October 24th 10:17 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Pleasant Dr. and 15th St. for a motor vehicle accident.

10:43 a.m. Hastings officers responded to the 2500 block of Yellowstone Dr. on a hit and run report.
