6:59 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 6th St. W. and Vermillion St. Af-ter Investigations, Louis Vernon McNamara, age 36 of Hastings, will be formally charged with gross misdemeanor tax evasion.

8:07 p.m. Hastings Officers responded to assist Dakota County Deputies with a suspicion call near the 13000 block of 190th St. E.

March 23 3:19 a.m. Hastings Officers assisted Cottage Grove Officers with a traffic stop near the intersection of Hwy 61 and Spiral View Loop.

1:52 p.m. Officer took a report of damage to property in the 100 block of 2nd St W.

2:04 p.m. Officers investigated potential fraud in the 1300 Block of Sun Valley Ln.

2:05 p.m. Officer conducted a traffic stop on Vermillion St. Koa Lee, age 39 of Hastings was cited for expired registration and No Proof of Insurance 5:16 p.m. Officers responded to two vehicle crash without injury near the intersection of Vermillion St and Hwy 55. No citation issued.

6:56 p.m. Officers received a prescription fraud report in the 1400 Block of Vermillion St. The case is under investigation.

8:23 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 18th St W and Vermillion St. Hayley Martin, age 25, Oak Harbor WA was issued citation for no proof of insurance.

11:44 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Ravenna Tr and Glendale Rd. Melissa Crego, age 34, Hastings was cited for driving after revocation.

March 24 2:14 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Ravenna Tr. and Glendale Rd. After investigation, Steve Vang, age 40, Milwaukee WI, was arrested for 5th degree possession of controlled substance, motor vehicle tax evasion, no proof of insurance, driving after suspension, improper display of registration, drug paraphernalia, and operation a vehicle with expired registra-tion.

3:00 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Westview Dr for a suspicion call. Gunner Super, age 18, Hastings, was cited for tampering with motor vehicle and possession of stolen property.

10:22 a.m. Officer observed a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Tyler St with expired registration. Trevor Anderson, age 32, Hillman was cited for expired registration.

1:34 p.m. Officers observed a vehicle being driven by Tyler Ohman, age 27, Hastings, whom they knew to have a revoked driver’s license. A citation was issued for the violation.

8:14 p.m. Officer conducted a traffic stop near Hwy 55 and Eddy St. The driver, Jimmy Walker, age 60, Hastings, charged with 4th degree DWI, Driving after Revocation, and No Proof of Insurance. The passenger, Shane Uglem, age 46, Hastings was cited with possession of Open Bottle.

10:34 p.m. Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of 15th St W. Jake Oakes, age 29, Has-tings was cited for expired registration. March 25 9:37 a.m Officers received a past action theft report from the 200 block of 33rd St. The alleged theft had been occurring for the past month. The case was sent to the City Attorney’s office for review of theft.

2:40 p.m. Officer took a found property report in the 100 Block of 3rd St E.

2:57 p.m Officers took a report of theft from the 400 Block of Ramsey St.

3:23 p.m Officers responded to 1300 Block of S Frontage Rd for a possible hit and run motor vehi-cle crash. No injuries and no citations issued.

4:02 p.m. Officers took a report of damage to a building in the 1100 Block of Vermillion St 5:02 p.m. Officers responded to Motor Vehicle vs. Bicycle crash at the intersection of 160th and 31st St E.

8:30 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of 17th St E. Thomas Laurie, age 22, Hastings, was issued citation for expired registration and no proof insurance.

11:05 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 2400 Block of Vermillion St. Joseph Schmidt, age 23, Hastings, was cited for no proof of insurance, improper license plate display and expired registration.

11:31 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the 600 block of 10th St. E. Cha Lee, age 30, Min-neapolis, was cited for driving after suspension and arrested for an outstanding warrant.

March 26 2:29 a.m. Officer conducted a traffic stop near Vermillion St and 10th St E. Tammy Amin, Beloit, was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license.

7:19 a.m. Officers conducted a search warrant in the 400 Block of Vermillion St.

9:20 a.m. Officers took a damage to property report in the 100 Block of 25th St W.

10:45 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Tyler St and 6th St E for a report of vehicle tampering. The incident is under investigation.

6:45 p.m. Officers took a theft by swindle report in the 300 Block of 5th St W.

March 27 2:29 a.m. Officers responded to 500 Block of 6th St. W for a drunkenness call. A male was trans-ported to detox.

11:53 a.m. Officer took a report of a theft in the 600 Block of Ramsey St 8:20 p.m. Officer took a report of vandalism in the 3000 Block of Riverwood Dr along with a theft in the area.

8:26 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Co Rd 46 and Hwy 61 for a hit and run motor vehicle crash. Jamie Kells, age 38, Red Wing, was cited for failure to notify owner of damaged prop-erty.

9:54 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of 33rd St W. Joshua Christianson, age 32, Minneapolis was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

March 28 1:14 a.m. Officers assisted Lakeville Officers on a traffic stop near Kenwood Tr and 192nd St which resulted in a DWI arrest.

1:47 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near 10th St E and Progress Dr. Charles OH, age 38, St Cloud, was arrested for two warrants.

2:12 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near Holyoke Ave and 205th St Lakeville. Chelsea Cassi-ty, age 27, Rosemount, was arrested for DWI.

5:03 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 Block of 2nd St W for a medical 3:01 p.m. Officers took a report of a lost purse in the area of 2nd St and Sibley St.

6:42 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 Block of 2nd St E for a motor vehicle crash. April Gasper, age 34, Hastings was cited for failing to stop at a railroad crossing.

10:53 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the 1400 Block of Vermillion St. Nicole Gans, age 28, River Falls WI, was arrested for a warrant and held on Fugitive from Justice from other state.
