9:19 p.m. – Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of 6th Street East for a domestic call. The situation was mediated.
January 17 10:0 a.m. – A report of criminal sexual conduct is under investigation in the 200 block of General Sieben Drive.
10:30 a.m. – A report of child pornography is under investigation in the 200 block of General Sieben Drive.
10:39 a.m. – A report of a dispute was investigated and mediated in the 900 block of 14th Street East. It was found no crime was committed.
11:53 a.m. – A report of theft is under investigation in the 200 block of 33rd Street West.
2:14 p.m. – An accident involving a plow truck and a school bus was reported in the 500 block of Kendall Drive. There were no injuries reported and no citations issued.
6:41 p.m. – A report of a domestic was mediated and is under investigation in the 300 block of Frederick Circle.
January 18 7:22 a.m. – An officer assisted another agency, DCDTF, in the 1900 block of Eddy Street.
11:30 a.m. – Officers assisted Hasting’s Walmart located in the 1700 block of North Frontage Road for a trespassing complaint.
7:39 p.m. – A report of theft was mediated and documented in the 1500 block of Vermillion Street. The suspect was located.
7:42 p.m. – A report of damage to property was received in the 300 block of 6th Street East.
10:30 p.m. – Officers recovered a stolen vehicle and license plate in the parking lot of Hastings Walmart in the 1700 block of North Frontage Road.
January 19 5:32 a.m. – A total of 26 vehicles were cited after a snow emergency was declared in the City of Hastings.
4:27 p.m. – Officers assisted with a family dispute in the 20 block of Three Rivers Drive.
6:49 p.m. – A past action harassment complaint was reported in the 900 block of 12th Street West.
8:15 p.m. – A juvenile complaint was received in the 3300 block of Red Wing Boulevard.
January 20 3:12 p.m. – Officers investigated suspicious circumstances in the 100 block of 3rd Street East.
6:43 p.m. – Neshon Smith, 50, Mankato, was arrested for interfering with a 911 call in the 300 block of 2nd Street East when officers responded to a report of a domestic.
8:16 p.m. – Daniel M. Myers, 41, Cottage Grove, was cited for driving in violation of ignition interlock laws near the intersection of 3rd Street and Vermillion Street.
9:47 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of a medical in the 3100 block of Cannon Street.
10:47 p.m. – Rhiannon K. Meyer, 35, River Falls, was found to be impaired and arrested for DWI near the intersection of 4th Street and Sibley Street.
January 21 2:04 a.m. – Myo Ly, 27, Saint Paul, was arrested for a Washington County Warrant and Kae Paw, 29, Albert Lea, was arrested for felony 5th degree possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop near Ravenna Trail and Glendale Road.
3:08 a.m. – A Hastings Officer assisted Dakota County Sheriff’s Office with a DWI investigation.
3:21 p.m. – A set of keys was found in a snowbank in the 300 block of 18th Street West. The keys were placed in evidence.
6:32 p.m. – A hit and run accident report was reported near the 800 block of Bahls Drive.
9:57 p.m. – A report of property damage is under investigation in the 300 block of 21st Street East.
January 22 12:21 a.m. – Muaj Hmoo Fuji Xiong, 22, Saint Paul, was arrested for DWI during a traffic stop near the intersection of 3rd Street and Vermillion Street.
1:21 a.m. – A Hastings Officer assisted the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office with a warrant arrest.
5:37 a.m. – A welfare check report is under investigation near 4th Street West and Ash Street.
10:25 a.m. – Daniel D. Kim, 30, Bloomington, was cited for expired registration during a traffic stop in the 12300 block of Point Douglas Drive.

7:53 p.m. – A report of a traffic accident was received at the intersection of 16th Street and Pine Street. Drivers were Chad T. Olson, 33, Hastings, and Lindsay M. Kinneman, 39, Prescott.
January 26 3:16 p.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported near Vermillion Street and 25th Street. There were no injuries and no citations issued. Drivers were Leroy E. Allen-Wardell, 43, Hastings, and James J. Caturia, 46, Cannon Falls.
January 27 3:59 p.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported near the intersection of 17th Street and Walnut Street. Drivers were Scott R. Wittl, 39, Hastings, and Carol J. Prestegard, 54, Hampton.
January 29 12:12 p.m. – A motor vehicle accident was reported on Highway 61 just north of the Mississippi River Bridge. Driver was Deon L. Carter, 57, Hastings.
