Monday, Jan. 9 9:18 a.m. – A hit and run accident involving a parked motor vehicle was reported in the 1700 block of Walnut Street. The damage likely occurred on Jan. 8. There are no suspects, and the case is inactive.

4:50 p.m. – A past action identity theft investigation was opened in the 1900 block of Forest Street.

5:22 p.m. – Mark A. Roberts, 44, Hastings, was cited for driver turning left fails to yield when a two-vehicle accident with property damage was reported at the intersection of County Road 46 and General Sieben Drive.

9:24 p.m. – Abby Kruse, 20, Hastings, was arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault when officers responded to the 800 block of 11th Street West for a domestic call.

Tuesday, Jan. 10 3:46 a.m. – An accident involving a semi-truck and a parked vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of Spiral Boulevard. There were no injuries and no citations issued.

3:17 p.m. – A two-vehicle property damage crash was reported at the intersection of Highway 55 and Maple Street.

7 p.m. – A welfare check call was received in the 2400 block of Yellowstone Drive.

9:41 p.m. – Officers assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with a two-vehicle property damage accident on Highway 61 near the intersection of Spiral View Loop.

9:32 p.m. – Jamie Wood, Chatfield, was taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol when an officer initiated a traffic stop near Highway 61 and Spiral View Loop.

10:12 p.m. – A domesticrelated call was mediated in the 1500 block of Vermillion Street.

Wednesday, Jan. 11 4:50 a.m. – Officers responded to a call for a motorist assist near Spiral View Boulevard and Voyageur Parkway. The owner of the vehicle was located, and the vehicle was moved.

6:00 a.m. – A two-vehicle crash with no injuries was reported at the intersection of Fourth Street West and Forest Street.

6:08 a.m. – An accident was reported at the intersection of Second Street and Nininger Road.

6:55 a.m. – A disturbance was mediated in the 2000 block of Spiral Boulevard.

8:39 a.m. – A two-vehicle crash with no injuries was reported in the 100 block of Sixth Street West. No citations were issued.

8:44 a.m. – An officer responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 1300 block of Westview Drive.

8:49 a.m. – A three-vehicle accident with property damage was reported at the intersection of Highway 55 and General Sieben Drive. There were no injuries and no citations issued.

9:12 a.m. – An after the fact hit and run is under investigation at Levee Park in the 20th block of Ramsey Street.

9:21 a.m. – A property destruction report was received in the 100 block of Third Street East.

1:33 p.m. – A hit and run accident with property damage was reported in the 200 block of Third Street East.

4:53 p.m. – A two-vehicle accident with one vehicle still partially blocking the intersection and not drivable was reported at the intersection of Pleasant Drive and South Frontage Road.

5:27 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of a vehicle stuck in a snowbank at the intersection of Highway 55 and Vermillion Street.

8:53 p.m. – Aimee L. Mc-Naughton, 39, Hastings, was cited for failing to stop for a red light near Highway 55 and Vermillion Street.

9:22 p.m. – An officer transported a found dog to the River Bluffs Humane Society after responding to a call in the 400 block of Hayes Drive.

Thursday, Jan. 12 10:08 a.m. – Officers provided assistance during a welfare check in the 200 block of Fourth Street East.

12:47 p.m. – A report of threats was received in the 1000 block of 11th Street West.

12:54 p.m. – A missing person report is under investigation in the 300 block of Summit Point Drive.

1:18 p.m. – Charles M. Bauer, 66, Hastings, was cited for driver turning left fails to yield when officers were dispatched to a twovehicle accident at the intersection of Vermillion Street and 25th Street West.

2:31 p.m. – Nathan J. Cysiewski, 42, was arrested for an active Washington County warrant in the 1800 block of Forest Street.

4:29 p.m. – A forgery investigation was launched in

the 1500 block of Vermillion Street.

4:29 p.m. – Scott T. Kuball, 51, Hastings, was arrested regarding felony fraud in Rosemount in the 1100 block of Vermillion Street.

9:33 p.m. – Officers assisted another agency with a medical near the 1500 block of Highway 55.

11:17 p.m. – A hit and run accident is under investigation in the 1300 block of 17th Street West.

Friday, Jan. 13 11:25 a.m. – A report of child pornography is under investigation in the 20 block of Shannon Drive.

2:28 p.m. – A report of theft is under investigation in the 1700 block of North Frontage Road.

4:30 p.m. – A KOPS alert was issued for a 2016 Cadillac with no license plates in the 2400 block of Yellowstone Drive.

4:52 p.m. – An investigation of theft was launched in the 800 block of 16th Street West.

7:20 p.m. – A report of lost property was received in the 1100 block of Nininger Road.

11:46 p.m. – A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Ashland Street and 14th Street West.

Saturday, Jan. 14 12:24 a.m. – Tracy Lehman, 61, Hastings, was arrested for felony domestic assault at the Kwik Trip in the 1600 block of Vermillion Street.

9:04 a.m. – A past action civil issue was reported in the 1700 block of Frontage Road.

5:49 p.m. – Officers responded to a medical in the 1700 block of South Frontage Road.

8:40 a.m. – A report of fraud is under investigation in the 300 block of Cari Park Lane.

8:43 p.m. – A report of vandalism with no suspect information was received in the 20 block of Amelia Avenue.

Sunday, Jan. 15 8:40 a.m. – An after the fact disturbance was reported in the 2300 block of Oak Street.

1:59 p.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported near Cannon Street and Bohlken Drive. There were no injuries nor citations issued.

2:13 p.m. – A found property report was received in the 3100 block of Century Drive.

4:01 p.m. – A potential court order violation investigation was opened in the 1700 block of North Frontage Road.

7:10 p.m. – Marquies K. Scott, 25, North Saint Paul, was arrested for felony theft when a report of an inprogress theft was received in the 1700 block of North Frontage Road.

8:08 p.m. – Joseph R. Lee was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle and transported to Goodhue County when officers located a stolen vehicle traveling near the 1200 block of Vermillion Street.

Accident report Thursday, Jan. 12 1:22 p.m. – Charles M. Bauer, 66, Hastings, was cited for driver turning left fails to yield when an officer responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Vermillion Street and 25th Street West. There were no injuries. Drivers were Thomas J. Stern, 43, Hastings, and Bauer.

Saturday, Jan. 15 2 p.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported at Cannon Street and Bohlken Drive. There were no injuries and no citations issued. Drivers were John R. Maurus, 64, Hastings, and Kathy J. Scheel, Elk River.

Monday, Jan. 16 6:46 a.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of Highway 316 and Spiral Boulevard. One of the vehicles involved fled the scene. Drivers were Sarah D. Schallock, 23, Hastings, and an unknown suspect.

9:41 a.m. – A hit and run accident with property damage was reported in the 1700 block of Frontage Road North. Owner was John N. Majeski, 21, Hastings.

Tuesday, Jan. 17 2:22 p.m. – An accident involving a plow truck and a school bus was reported in the 500 block of Kendall Drive. There were no injuries and no citations issued. Driver was Alex M. Kieffer, 30, Hampton.

Friday, Jan. 20 10:12 p.m. – A hit and run accident was reported near the 800 block of Bahls Drive. Owner was David M. Gilbraith, 66, Hastings.
