The following incidents were reported to Hastings Police Department Dec. 26 through Jan. 7.

Monday, Dec. 26 10:58 a.m. – A hit and run is under investigation in the 800 block of Lyn Way.

11:02 a.m. – Anthony Gray, 28, Bloomington, was cited expired registration near Progress Drive and 10th Street.

8:25 p.m. – An accident without injury was reported at the intersection of General Sieben Drive and North Frontage Road.

Tuesday, Dec. 27 9:52 p.m. – Dela Torre Borja, Woodbury, was cited for duty to drive with due care-speed when a two-vehicle accident was reported at Maple and Seventh Street West.

1:21 p.m. – A report of sales to people under the legal age was received in the 1700 block of Market Boulevard.

2:15 p.m. – Faith Ann Powers, 59, Hastings, was cited for no proof of insurance when a two-vehicle accident was reported in the 2200 block of Vermillion Street.

2:56 p.m. – A $1,100 theft was reported in the 1200 block of Vermillion Street.

5:13 p.m. – An investigation of theft began in the 200 block of 33rd Street West.

6:44 p.m. – An officer ordered a tow for an abandoned vehicle in the 1500 block of Eddy Street.

6:49 p.m. – Officers responded to the 1300 block of North Frontage Road for a domestic disturbance.

10:06 p.m. – Anthony Mann, 20, Welch, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol when a report of drunkenness was received in the 400 block of Lock and Dam Road.

Wednesday, Dec. 28 4:04 a.m. – A missing person report was received and is under investigation in the 10 block of Tuttle Drive.

8:14 a.m. – A hit and run crash was reported in the 200 block of Ramsey Street.

11:49 a.m. – James Daniel Freeman, 28, River Falls, and Elva Miranda Smith, Hastings, were both cited for parking violations for snowfall exceeding 2 inches and hours violation in the 2400 block of Voyageur Parkway.

1:28 p.m. – A theft was reported in the 1900 block of Eddy Street.

2:09 p.m. – Officers responded to a theft complaint in the 1200 block of 15th Street West.

7:45 p.m. – A domestic disturbance was reported in

the 1100 block of Bahls Drive.

9:43 p.m. – Officers responded to a dog bite in the 800 block of Third Street West.

Thursday, Dec. 29 2:58 a.m. – A past action theft was reported in the 1600 block of Vermillion Street.

3:06 a.m. – An incident is under investigation after a police officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Vermillion and Third Street East.

6:23 a.m. – Daniel Joseph Weiand, 43, Oakdale, was arrested for a warrant when officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Nininger Road on a warrant call.

9:46 a.m. – Jeremy Leuchtenmacher, 42, was cited for expired registration and hours violation.

11:01 a.m. – An after the fact theft was reported in the 500 block of Westview Drive.

6:24 p.m. – A past action hit and run accident is under investigation in the 800 block of General Sieben Drive.

8:11 p.m. – A vehicle was towed for a parking complaint in the 900 block of Bahls Drive.

9:07 p.m. – Candace Vaith, 52, Richfield, was arrested for felony drug possession after an officer conducted a traffic stop near the 900 block of Vermillion Street.

11:23 p.m. – A domestic was investigated in the 1400 block of Roosevelt Road. It was determined that there was insufficient evidence to establish probable cause a crime was committed.

Friday, Dec. 30 11:54 a.m. – A medical call was reported and documented in the 1100 block of Bahls Drive.

4:40 p.m. – An officer was given a found cell phone in the 200 block of Second Street East.

5:57 p.m. – An after the fact hit and run was reported in the 2200 block of Vermillion Street.

6:15 p.m. – Jamie Leigh Porter, 37, Hastings, was arrested for an out of state warrant in the 1500 block of Forest Street.

6:15 p.m. – Carly Willard, 30, Hastings, was arrested in the 1400 block of Whispering Court for two misdemeanor warrants out of Wadena and Dakota Counites.

8:50 p.m. – Peter Nygaard, 34, Hastings, was arrested for felony 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct warrant in the 300 block of Second Street East.

10:03 p.m. – Scott Kush, 49, Little Canada, was arrested for warrants out of Ramsey, Dakota, and Polk County, Wisconsin during a traffic stop in the 600 block of 10th Street East.

11:24 p.m. – A public assist call was received and documented in the 1400 block of Roosevelt Road.

Saturday, Dec. 31 12:39 a.m. – A welfare check was reported in the 20 block of Shannon Drive.

11:19 a.m. – An abandoned vehicle in the ditch along County Road 46 near Riverwood Drive was towed from deep snow by South East Towing.

1:33 p.m. – A theft of about $600 in property by an unknown person was reported in the 1000 block of Vermillion Street.

11:56 p.m. – Samantha Boogren, 34, Hastings, was arrested for domestic assault in the 700 block of 17th Street West.

Accident Reports Monday, Jan. 2 3:26 p.m. – Tracey Johnson, 43, was cited for failure to stop for traffic control when a two-vehicle property damage crash was reported at the intersection of Highway 55 and River Street. Drivers were Michelle Munger, 51, Hastings, and Johnson.

Tuesday, Jan. 3 8:03 a.m. – A single-vehicle crash was reported at Fourth and Ashland streets. Driver was Vivian Nordlund, 36, Hastings.

11:24 a.m. – A two-vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of North Frontage Road and Dakota Summit Drive. No injuries were reported, and no citations were issued. Drivers were Gabriel Fasbender, 39, Hastings, and Jennifer Garlough, 32, Hastings.

Thursday, Jan. 4 6:04 p.m. – George Deano Tompkins, 68, Hastings, was arrested for felony DWI and an active gross misdemeanor Washington County warrant when police responded to a traffic accident near Westview Drive and Highway 55. Drivers were Cole Cavegn, 22, Hastings, and Christopher Biessener, 51, Hastings.

Sunday, Jan. 7 11:26 a.m. – A two-vehicle accident with no injuries and no citations issued was reported on 10th Street East and Progress Drive. Drivers were Jeffrey Seha, 64, Red Wing, and Tristan Peters, 31, Edina.
