•At 2:01 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 900 block of Lyn Way. The incident is under investigation.
•A fraud report was taken over the phone that occurred in the 500 block of Whispering Lane.
•At 7:17 p.m., a theft report was taken from the 100 block of River St. at Lake Rebecca.
•A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of 6th St. and Prairie St. at 7:39 p.m. After investigation, the driver was arrested for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
•At 7:57 p.m., officers responded to 27th St. E. for a disturbance. Joshua M. Schilling, 41 of Hastings was arrested for 3rd Degree Assault.
August 30
•At 3:12 p.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. for a report of burglary.
•Officers responded to the 1300 block of N. Frontage Rd. for a report of a dog attacking a person at 5:30 p.m. Officers had to shoot the dog and two of the victims of the attack were transported to the hospital.
•At 5:49 p.m., officers responded to a weapons call in the 100 block of 3rd St. E. After investigation, Michael Bonniwell, 32 of Hastings was arrested for Felony 2nd Degree Assault and felony threats of violence.
•Suspicious circumstances were investigated and documented in the 700 block of Williams Dr. at 12:51 p.m.

•Officers arrested Kiyara N. Jackson, 21 of Apple Valley in the 1600 block of Vermillion St. at 8:58 p.m. for an active Anoka County warrant.
September 1
•At 4:44 a.m., a traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Ravenna Trail and Glendale Rd. After investigation, the driver was warned for speed and failing to move over for an emergency vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•At 5:10 a.m. a traffic stop was conducted in the 12000 block of Point Douglas Dr. S. Timothy J. Anderson, 53 of White Bear Lake was arrested for driving while cancelled inimical to public safety.
•Officers responded to the 1500 block of Vermillion St. at 6:06 p.m. for a trespass call. The business requested an individual be trespassed from the business. The case was documented.
•An after the fact report of theft was taken at 6:17 p.m. in the 2100 block of Vermillion St. The incident is under investigation.
•A traffic stop was conducted at 7:47 p.m. near the intersection of Glendale Rd. and Ravenna Trail. An updated court date for a warrant was provided.
•A traffic stop was conducted at 11:07 p.m. in the 900 block of Vermillion St. After investigation the passenger, Cindy Song, 32 of Hastings was arrested for Felony 5th Degree Drug Possession, misdemeanor possession of metal knuckles and petty misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
September 2
•Officers responded to the 1600 block of Vermillion St. for a motor vehicle accident in a parking lot at 6:11 a.m. A report was filed to document the incident. No charges were filed.
•Officers responded to the 300 block of 2nd St. E. for a bike theft report at 8:12 p.m.
September 3
•Officers responded to the 1300 block of Lock and Dam Rd. for a driving complaint at 12:05 a.m. A juvenile was issued a citation for reckless driving.
•At 4:27 a.m., officers responded to a burglary in the 1400 block of N. Frontage Rd. The incident is under investigation.
•Officers were sent to the 1100 block of Vermillion St. for a theft report at 5:01 p.m. Officers are investigating.
•At 6:21 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 800 block of General Sieben Dr. regarding a suspicion. After investigation, officers determined a crime did not occur and one party was trespassed from the store.
•At 8:00 p.m., officers responded to the 1500 block of Walnut St. for a reported theft of catalytic converter. The suspect was unknown at the time.
September 4
•At 4:25 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 800 block of General Sieben Dr. regarding a burglary. The case is under investigation.
•Officers investigated a past-action theft from the 1400 block of River Bluff Dr. An unknown suspect reportedly stole about $100 in property.
•At 9:38 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of 15th St. E. regarding a suspicious person. The case was documented for informational purposes. Accidents September 1
• At 11:25 a.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of 15th St. W. and Eddy St. on a report of a twovehicle accident. No injuries were reported, and no citations were issued.

•At 12:04 a.m., officers responded to the area of Red Wing Blvd. near Malcolm Ave. for an accident. The accident occurred in the roundabout at Red Wing Blvd. and Tuttle Dr. No injuries were reported, and no citations were issued.
•At 6:13 a.m., officers responded to the 1600 block of Vermillion St. for a motor vehicle accident in a parking lot. No charges were filed.
•At 3:53 p.m., an officer witnessed a crash in the 300 block of 2nd St. E.
September 3
•At 3:24 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Vermillion St. and 19th St. W. regarding a vehicle that struck a light pole. After investigating, an adult female is to be charged by formal complaint for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and driving after cancellation, inimical to public safety.

•Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 3:02 p.m. at the intersection of Spring St. and 13th St. There were no injuries reported and no citations issued.

•Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of General Sieben Dr. and Hwy. 55 at 1:26 p.m.

•A two-vehicle accident was reported in the 2400 block of River Shore Ct. at 2:27 p.m.

•A car crash was reported in the 900 block of Bailey St. at 6:55 p.m. After investigation, Brittany D. Leahy, 37 of Hastings was arrested for Gross Misdemeanor DWI and possession of an open container in a motor vehicle.
September 11
•Officers responded to the area of Ravenna Trail and Glendale Rd. at 1:18 p.m. Officers arrested Branch R. Fjellanger, 25 of Roseville for DWI.
