1968 – 2021
William M. Mahler Jr, 53 of Stanley, died Sunday, January 2, 2022 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. He was born on March 18, 1968 in Waukegan, IL the son of William and Sharon (Matthews) Mahler, SR. Bill’s family moved to the Cadott area and he graduated from Cadott High School. On March 31, 1990 he married Kimberlee Turner.
Bill worked at the Plywood factory and installing drywall. Bill was a loving husband, father and grandfather who was devoted to his family, he spent his free time playing his guitar, hunting, fishing and loving the ones around him. He was the best grandfather a kid could ask for, he always put them first even before himself. Al ways have a huge space in our hearts He is survived by his wife, Kim of Stanley, 5 children, Jackie (Danny) Smith of Boyd, Justin, Michael (Michelle) and Andrew Mahler all of Stanley and Chris (Chandra) Mahler of Owen, 7 grandchildren, Dalton, Joseph, Hope, Brantley, Kiara, Brynlee and Jasmine, one great grandchild, Dimitri, his parents, Sharon and Bill, SR of Greenville, Tennessee and 1 brother, Joe (Bev) Mahler of Greenville. Bill is preceded in death by his sister, Dee, his grandchild in infancy and his in laws, Jerry and Lee Turner.
A funeral service will be held at 1PM on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the Plombon Funeral Home with Laurie Natzke officiating. Visitation will be from 10AM until time of service.
