A vehicle was located in the ditch near the intersection of 10th St. W. and Pine St. Four juveniles were cited for curfew violation. 7:51 a.m.
A welfare check was conducted in the 2500 block of Voyageur Pkwy.
A drunkenness complaint was received in the 50 block of Sibley St. After investigation, Trevor J. Herron, 21 of St. Paul was cited for an open container violation.
A report of a disturbance was received in the 2000 block of Walnut St. After investigation, Kimberly S. Hepola was arrested for contempt of court and obstruction of the legal process.
A damage to property report was received in the 500 block of 7th St. E. The case is under investigation.
A welfare check was conducted in the 200 block of Sibley St. 11:24 a.m.
A suspicious incident was reported in the 1600 block of Vermillion St.
Officers filed a violation of a restraining order incident that is being investigated.
Officers were dispatched to 10th St. E. near Vermillion St. for a property damage crash. No injuries were reported, and no citations were issued.
A theft report was taken from the 1000 block of Bahls Dr. No suspect information.
Officers assisted Dakota County Sheriff’s Office with a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Lewiston Blvd. and Inga Ave.
A traffic stop was con- ducted near the intersection of Blaine Ave. and 160th St. E. Timothy L. Otto, 33 of Hastings was arrested for multiple warrants.
A Hastings officer responded to the intersection of Pleasant Dr. and 4th St. W. for a two-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported, and no citations were issued. 4:29 p.m.

An after the fact burglary was received in the 2000 block of Spiral Blvd. The case is under investigation.
Officers were dispatched to a past-action suspicion call located at the 200 block of General Sieben Dr.

A medical call was received in the 800 block of Tyler St. 8:31 a.m.
An after-the-fact report of theft was received in the 1100 block of Bahls Dr. There are no suspects. 10:18 a.m.
Officers went to an after the fact burglary in the 2000 block of Westview Dr. The case is under investigation.
Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Westview Dr. on a theft report.
A vehicle was stopped near the intersection of 8th St. E. and Sibley St. for a traffic violation. The male suspect driver did not produce identification but provided a name and date of birth that appeared to have been false. The male fled the traffic stop at a high rate of speed and the officer did not pursue. The information was broadcast to nearby agencies and the incident is under investigation.
